An Example of Saving Money for a Client

Angelina’s personal attention and watchfulness of details makes business and personal relationships that bring people back year after year. An example is a Portland client who, after three years, wanted to try to save a little money and gas by switching to a Portland firm.

After receiving her tax return from the other firm, she knew her taxes were done wrong because they had not asked her the industry-specific questions Angelina always asked her. Angelina had studied the industry and paid attention to the client's needs throughout the years. The client called Angelina and asked, “Can you please look at this return. I am sorry that I ever left you. I will pay you to fix this if there is anything wrong with it.”

Angelina corrected the return and the client received in excess of $2000 in additional refund dollars. She is now one of Angelina’s ‘forever customers’.
